June'09 Events...精彩的六月。。。

Oh....it's has been another month since I last updated my blog....was really packed for the whole of June'09 due to work and of course the numerous friends and relative that I have got fall on the same birthday month as me!!!

Updated blog of course will be some events that was held....my birthday cum family gathering party at Downtown East on 29th May - 31st June, with all the June Babies who had attended cutting the same cake before all our birthday comes!!! With all the voices singing the birthday song...we were sure loud to let all people out there knows that IT IS OUR BIRTHDAY!!!! Video Clips attached taken by my friend, Siew Mun and its was really funny and her voice was sure loud too...enjoy the video...and all the pictures taken which include all the presents i had received that day...THANKS ALL for the PRESENTS!!!

And of course thats not the end...on my acutal birthday....which is 2nd Jun'09, my dear buddies Princess Jazzes and Siew Mun actually brought me to Lawry's Prime Ribs for the best steaks in town located at Paragon!! It's was really a splendid meal which of course cost a bomb too lo...so THANKS MY TWO BUDDIES!!!

What a happening and enjoyable birthday for this year and I also hope all June Babies had enjoyed themselves too.....on top of that, just a small update....my weight management is still ongoing and I had lose another 1Kg since my last update and I am now 61.2kg from my last 67.4kg!! YEAH!!!! Wait till my next update ba..... CHAOZ...........

One Month to My Diet...减肥日记（一个月后）

Hi hi.....I am back with my update of the month for my diet plan......must be hopping for some bad news right? My dear friends....you might be wrong as after my one month of hard work with a cool dietory control, I had ......LOST ANOTHER 2KG IN TWO WEEKS!!!

That makes me LOST 5KG IN ONE MONTH!!!!! Yeah Yeah Yeah!!! I DID IT!!!

Heehee.............happy to the max.....from my previous weight of a high range of 67.5kg at 158 of height, i am now weighting at 62.2kg at 158 of height!!!! It is just too cool to be true....and guess what? All my friends are messaging me asking how did i do it?? Heehee.....and I shall really thanks some of my friends who help me thru this die plan...

But now.....my dear friend (who is my diet controller and I shall not name first) told me..." Ok Yiwen, you are doing good....now i will need you to start taking normal 3 meals for 1 week with the correct eating as usual (less carbo, less fats, less sugar) and the 2nd week to crash with 1 meal of my S-Factor (if u remember its my replacement meal) and we shall see the results but it will be a possibilities you might put on abit weight..."

I was like....NO!!! I will control and am determine to lose my weight at least to my ideal weight of 55kg!!! I will not put on any more weight......

Ok la....that's a;; about my update and just to share what my most delicious meal for the 1 month is and you will be surprise lor...hahaha.....a nice meal at IMM Fish & Co with my order of grilled fish top with spinach with no rice no chips but MORE VEGETABLES!!! Hahahaha.... see ya.....chaoz....

Results of My Diet Month...减肥成果。。。

Hi all.......heehee here i am to announce my results on my diet month that started 3 weeks ago...the results was...........................................I LOST 3KG IN 2 WEEKS!!!!

I was shocked when i went for my inbody check after my strict 2 weeks diet. Was jumping with joy that actually i could lose that much if i persist and control on my everyday diet...but of course, these will not stop and shall continue as my friend was telling me "Hey Yiwen, you have to take for 1 more week and the 2nd week you can start taking food for breakfast and dinner but lunch with S-Factor(my replacement meal for 2 weeks)....."

I was like...*Faint*....i more week.....but its ok la cos i am somehow used to it...and I am determined to make my weight go down a little bit more...at least target minumum is 60kg... :p

Now...one of my buddy Ms Princess Jazzes is also suffering the same fate as me as she started her 2 weeks strict diet le!!!! Princess, you can do it!!! Persevere ok!!! We can slim down de!!!

Ok la....got to go le....heehee update more on my diet routine soon...maybe with before and after photos hor...hahahaha...bye.....................

Diet Month...减肥日记。。。

Hi Friends......I really so long never update blog liao....heehee maybe no strength lo cos from my header you can see that I am having my first ever strict DIET PLAN for 2 straight weeks!!!! Whao....it seems that i sure have difficulties in controlling myself from all the good food around me.....BUT.....today is actually the first week that I had pass thru!!!! YEAH!!! YEAH!!!

First and second day was a really tough one for me....as my diet plan for morning, lunch & dinner is a bottle of powder (consists of 300 types of nutrients which it taste like cereal with total zero sugar), one and a half scoop for each meal to go with Nutrisoy(Reduced Sugar - light blue color), morning to take 2 tablets of B&H (排毒美颜宝）and lunch to take 2 tablets of supresser one hour before meal and night with B&H and suppresser again....

So for the past one week for me was only powder....heehee tough but i can actually feel much lighter....heehee...BUT then again, as yesterday, 26 Apr'09 was one of my primary school mate wedding at Four Season Hotel, I have no choice but to eat abit as only 6 of us on a table of 10 and the servings are really BIG!!! Still manage to control so as not to disrupt my diet plan which I have maintain hard for the past one week....

Another week to go before I go for my second in-body check to see if i have lose any weight...heehee and I am sure to announce it big lo......hahahaha...guess i will be damn happy even with only 1kg lose....after next week i can finally also take some solid food as my tongue had been taseless though....BUT...of course...NO HIGH CARBO, NO HIGH CALORIES, NO FATS...etc and things that could make me FAT!!! Hahahaha...

So fast...it is already April'09....imagine my last blog was on 16 Mar'09 and now already coming starting of April le...Time really flies....been kind of busy since last month and of course with not much rest and the damn bad weather, my body is starting to get the tire....

Been having flu these days and headache, body ache.... haiz...人老了，不认都不行。。。but I will try to get more rest and water not letting myself to fall sick so easily...

Sometimes really wonder what I should write for my blog whenever i log in as nothing really happening sometimes and just plain lazy to think back of what i have been doing for the past days...just work work work, eat eat eat and sleep sleep sleep lor...and I even miss my KTV for the one whole month man...but...finally went to distress on wednesday (1 Apr'09)...heehee no joke..although its April Fool... :)

Thinking about it...2 more months to my birthday....what should I do...thinking of a chalet but troublesome, thinking for a trip but no $$$, thinking of not celebrating but boring....aiyo...friendz out there...give me some idea ba...just dun remind me that i am getting older can le....hahaha

Ok ba..thats all le....i seems to be nagging and nagging lo....heehee...我会加油的，你们也要加油哦！！！

Busy Weeks...忙碌的每一天。。。

Hi all....here I am finally got the time to sit down infront of my lappie writing my blog....so busy these weeks that I was thinking if I had taken any sleep....anyway...enough of my grumbling...

I was busy with my new upcoming site at Guillemard, my boss had taken over the previous Singapore Badminton Hall and revamping it to what we are doing now in Turf City...(if those who knows what I am working as in TC). Have been busy getting quotations from suppliers, running to and fro between Turf City and Guillemard and of course handling all my existing works in TC. ..*faint*

But although with all the hard work, I find that life had been more fulfilling and challenging and that makes me wanna work harder to archieve all my pending aims...hahahahah...and I am striving to have more acheivement even before I turn 35 if possible...:) So i am already thinking when I could make my first $20K wo...

人生短短几十年。。。if i dun work hard now it will be too late lor...ok la... I just remember I saw a beautiful rainbow recently and heard it was the most rainbow that appeared that day...so just share with all of you and hope all my friends can be like the rainbow shining with colors wherever they go....CHAOZ.......

Starting of March'09...三月的开始。。。

Halo frendz....am back with more updates le... actually nothing much for the start of Mar'09 except something happening was being held on the very 1st day of Mar'09...which is my cousin Qiwei's (Ah Wee) wedding with her wify Ms Yongmei....

Actually to really go back to the good old times....all of us have really change throughout the years...why do i say that? As being grown up, more conflicts is being seen and for the very first time, alot of unhappiness among the cousins arises which involve the 2 good bros....My brother and my cousin Ah Wee just on New Year Eve....and to make it worse, we did not talk to cousin Wee for the longest time lo...haiz...why like that leh...long stories to add for those who know just continue to understand more of it ba and those who dun know, sorry to say...and can just by summarize that it is ALL OVER le.... :)

Although i know my bro, myself, including most of my other cousins whom are VERY concern about cousin Wee can't really say much about this wedding of his except to give him all the blessing he needs....i just hope that our cousins relationship will not be torn because of anyone else and be as strong as ever since the day we were born and always the best & closest cousins of the families...

Alright la...so much of a nagging..think some of you who are following this blog might be abit blur blur liao...but....still....just open one eye close one eye listen one ear out another ear ba...heehee.. :p

Helo frenz...Its's been awhile seens I last update my news on CNY'09. Haha...have been busy since starting of work and just do not have the strength to update all news at the latest time...anyway just a simple update of what had happen after starting work on 2 Feb'09 till now....LET's GO!!!!

As usual...first day of work after CNY'09 was a reunion dinner by my company at Ah Yat Banquet Hall after work at 7.30pm. Me and my collegues was busy preparing for the guests to come in at 7pm as this year was a big gathering with ALL the staff and subsidary companies of my boss so there was in all 9 tables!!! There were alot of photo taking sessions before the dinner and of course busy eating GOOD food... :) hahahaha..

It was a great night though....and check out the slides of photos on that special night...

Coming weeks was just work work work, sleep sleep sleep, and check emails, play facebook etc..nothing interesting though and till today then i have the feeling to put down in words lor...

Thinking about lotz of things in my mind recently which i can't nomally say in words and it really make my brain corupted...haiz...maybe just hope all my friends around me will be blessed and happy and as for me...just be healthy and give all aorund me with the best they could have and I will be more than happy le...ok la...no more things to say liao....see slides ba.....updates coming back soon ok?? :P

Final Update of CNY....最后两天过新年。。。

Whao...it is finally the final update of my CNY event...so...Let's continue ba... :P

8 - 6th Day of CNY: Wait up early again despite not working for the whole of the week and Kevin called me for lunch so met him up and we went to Harbourfront Breeks for a really filling lunch....Must be surprise how come someone wife not around right? Hahaha....GOOD NEWS!!! I am going to get a "NIU" Godson lo!!! Hahahah!!! - So someone wife is resting at home being merlion lo...no appetite...

8.1 - Part 2: After lunch, head back to Huimin's house to visit her and viewing of her wedding photos till it was time for Kevin to send her to school as she needs to bring her students for a dancing event...Poor Girl...working on a Saturday with that "bloated" stomach. When he was back, he send me home and eventually stay at my house and wait till Alicia & Siew Mun came to collect "Ang Bao" lo...

8.2 - Part 3: When all is done, Kevin head to pick up Huimin in school while me, Siew Mun & Alicia went back to Bedok. Guess what? We bought "鱼生" and "捞啊" together with Shall Ping and after that played majong!!! Cool right....heehee won $1.50 only but at least my first win for the week....

Finally 2am le *YAWN* ~~~~Time to Oink Oink lo~~~~~~~~

9 - 7th Day of CNY: It's another Sunday...woke up around 11am+, head home from Bedok, took the car keys and went to Ghim Mo to visit my grandfather as well as have some "gambling session" with my aunties again...and as usual, I LOSE AGAIN!!!!!

9.1 - Part 2: Went home about 6.30pm, wait till all is home, the whole family gather for "捞鱼生" since today is "人日“, all of us enjoy the dish and my week of CNY event finally comes to an end as I will be starting work lo and it's FEBRUARY!!! Alamak....so fast man...

Heehee~~~~~more updates on Chinese New Year ar...Ready?? Go.....

5 - 3rd Day of CNY: After been so busy for the first 2 days of CNY, I was really tire le so intend to just sleep in late since my 2 "quiet" nephews is back to school...hahahaha but alamak, the mother still active, wake me up at 9am, take braskfast, digest 1 hr and then head for our GYM TIME!! Take aways excess fats being accumulated for the past 2 days.....TIRE LO!!!! Afterwhich...I really rot at home the whole day with my lappie....dozing of....

6 - 4th Day of CNY: Slept in slightly late as is meeting up Ah Mag & Jazzes again for another KTV session at Party World Orchard for Happy Hour as it is cheaper...so met up with Ah Mag around 1.30pm at Heeren NYDC for light lunch before the KTV session start at 3pm to 7pm. After alot of singing...we went to Ding Tai Feng at Wisma for dinner and afterwhich left home to rest lo....what a day to spent... :)

7 - 5th Day of CNY: Today is another busy day, went back to office before 9am for "Heng Kan" (means 开工大吉), told to go office on the lights and pc and say "HUAT AR!!" heehee...After awhile, my collegue, Jason took me, Valance & Karen to Horsecity, Picotin for English Breakfast and it was a great and heavy breakfast indeed...Thanks for his treat ...

7.1 - Part 2: Later in the afternoon, my god-sister (Ting) with my God-son & daughter and also Ah Mag would be visitng my house for their "Ang Bao" and of course my "Ang Bao" at 3pm+ . When they came, it was a children war as the 4 kids was really "QUIET LO!!!" hahahah...

7.2 - Part 3: Around 5.30pm, me, my brother & family together with Ah Mag head to Ting house to visit my God-parent and again, it was some "click" "click" by my brother again and more chatting and more NOISE from the kids again..hahaha...

7.2 - Part 4: Around 7pm, me together with Ting & Mag went to meet up with anothet 2 sisters (Alicia & Faith) for our CNY gathering dinner at Taman Jurong...its has been realy long since we gather but too bad Jennifer is not around and that leave us sisters missing 1 headcount again. The dinner was great and after some chit chatting, its time to head home lo...

7.2 - Part 5: After sending Alicia & Mag, I went for another chit chatting session with another friend till about 12am+ before I head home to rest...Tire man... *YAWN*

Chinese New Year 2009... 农历新年2009

It's been awhile since I update my blog, let's have fast summary of what I have done during my Chinese New Year now..

1 - Good Start: My office was closed for CNY from 24th Jan to 1st Feb...

2 - CNY Eve: Had a great renuion dinner with my family and of course not forgetting my brother who took alot of cool pictures of the family with his cool camera...

3 - 1st Day of CNY: Wake up really early for my first "Ang Bao" from my parent and my brother together with sister in-law... :) and my house was starting to have a swarm of relatives & cousins coming to start the day happily.

3.1 - Part 2: Later in the noon, me and my parents together with my brother's family went to uncle house (Mum's brother) for more "Ang Bao" and as usual, they will start to ask something like...阿妹阿，你还不要嫁人阿？Kind like listen for the same thing for years le but too bad...nobody wants me!!! :(

3.2 - Part 3: After visting, went home to join my relatives & cousins at home and of course eat & talk & eat & talk till 5.30pm, all cousins of mine including my brother, sister in-law & 2 nephews my 2 cool KTV khakis (Ah Mag & Jazz) all went for KTV session at Party World Liang Court from 6pm - 10pm. It was an enjoyable night gathering of course with all the "click" "click" by my brother's cool camera again.

4 - 2nd Day of CNY: Slept abit late after the tiring night on the 1st day of CNY and it was time to head to my uncle house (Dad's youngest bro) for some nice gathering session again and not forgetting...GAMBLE FOR SOME CASH!!! But in the end...lose $$$ again lo...Sianz :(

4.1 - Part 2: After eating, chatting, gambling and etc...I went off at about 5.45pm to Jurong Point as have arranged to have a movie session with Ah Mag & Jazzes (watch "The Wedding Game"). The movie was still ok and after the movie, I drove to our hang out at Holland Village Coffee Club to chill for some coffee and head home around 10plus...another tiring day...:P

Hahahahaha~~~~~~~~~~~~~the story shall continues~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Byeeeee....

Awaiting Chinese New Year...新年的来临。。。

Whao....today is already the second week of Year 2009....going thru Christmas 2008, New Year Day 2009 and the next upcoming event is surely the time that all have been waiting for as it is time for money collection....CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!!

Have been busy going for some shopping and spending of $$$ again for clothings for the new year and have finally got a new Levi's jean and some necessary thingy...still need some tops to form a complete set lor..

Haiz....actually wanted to go on a Hong Kong trip with my 2 friends on the 2nd day of CNY but as it's abit too rush and my parent might not like the idea of me spending my CNY'09 overseas....I have choose to stay in Singapore lo even most of friends might not be in town ....

Anyway....hope it would be a good year and of course, money collection to be successful, jobs more smooth sailing and more more more good things to sail all my way thru Year 2009......

Ending Year 2008, Starting Year 2009...倒数迎接2009 年。。。

After ending Christmas, finally is the day to send Year 2008 away and welcome Year 2009 lor..... My princess Jazzes had make a small effort by organizing a KTV session at Party World Orchard accompanied with a nice dinner at Medestro...cool... :P

But as most of them just can't seems to make it for the singing session, the Year 2009 party only have me, princess Jazzes, crazy Magedelene & funny Siew Mun...although only 4 of us...the KTV session is a success i can say as we were so happening...blowing balloons la, blowing whistles la, taking pictures and of course a BIG CHEERS with...........of course no red wine but with bubble tea lor!!!! Hahahaha...

Anyway....it was a cool night with nice dinner and singing session and I welcome Year 2009 with a new resolution for myself and all friends i know... GOOD HEALTH, GOOD YEAR etc and whatever that is GOOD ok!!! Yeh!!!!!!!!!

Christmas Day!!! 圣诞节到了。。。

Its finally Christmas Day!! Merry Christmas to all!!! Woken Up early by my parent to go Jurong East for breakfast with my sister in-law and 2 nephews....after which, bring the kids home to have a rest while my sister in-law get ready to go west mall to pick up the sushi, log cake and some stuffs Miaoyin and bought to have a feast at her house later in the noon...

We went to Miaoyin & Weihuang house at about late noon and start to prepare all the stuffs to get ready for the big Christmas feast in a while....food food food...YUMMY!!!

Taken more pictures but is all with Miaoyin so maybe check back for more nice pictures then...Chaoz...

Christmas Eve...圣诞前夕。。。

Finally is X'mas Eve....as usual, I left for work in the morning but happy as there will be a half day off granted by my boss..heehee...thanks boss...and of course in the noon at 12pm, we are having a X'mas Buffet Lunch in the office area!!! Eat...Eat...Eat....

Firstly, I need to thanks my 2 collegues for the X'mas pressie...but sad to say, I did not prepare any for them :( Feel so bad....but..I promise to get it for them the next Christmas!!!! Look what they got for me in the slideshow below..... so sweet of them...of course not forgetting Liyu who bought for some pressie for the other collegues too...Thanks Caroline & Liyu....

After working for a few hours...tick tick tick....11.30pm preparation of buffet and the food is finally ready at 12.00pm... as it was really pouring cats & dogs the whole morning...luckily it did not spoilt the day...and after much waiting for the food to heat up...tick tick tick...12.15pm.....ITS TIME FOR BUFFET!!!! Photo taking session and some snap shots.....also thanks our cake cutting of the day by Mr. Soe Naing...hahahaha.....and also all staff that helps clear up the food....Cheers!!!

After a big eating and half day work....time to go back for second round of party...went to pick up sushi and log cake at west mall and of course ordering of KFC for tonight dinner lor...have a small party held at home with my family, 2 naughty nephews, and my sister in-law together with her parents...after eating is of course the kids happiest moment...opening of PRESENTS....and it just went on and on lor....heehee...what a CHRISTMAS EVE!!!!

What a Monday...today was busy the whole day till around 5plus...my brother suddenly called me but being too busy i missed his call and after calling him back, guess what? Hahaha...he "demanded" a X'mas present from me saying that he bought something for me le...heehee what a brother....he even requested his own present and I can say....IT'S NOT CHEAP LOR!!

Went to shaw house for my brother pressie with buddy, Ms Princess Jazzes......we shop around all the way to taka and just could not find something suitable for my sister in-law...but still....spending abit MORE money....bought something for her le and hope she like it...

Now...can only try to calculate how much I have really spent this month and next month cash will all be PAYING BILL time le... :(

Its another Sunday with no program...staying at home was really boring till my brother & sis in-law came back with the kids. They are going for a basketball game at the basketball court below Wilson house....

COOL!!! I have not been touching my favourite basketball game for so long and will be playing with my basketball kakis brothers since Clementi Blk 401 time...those were really the days...and the 4 brothers whom had see me grow up are my brother Patrick, blur Wilson Goh, bully Micheal Yeo and soft spoken Tiong Yanlun...

It was a short 2 hours game but it was really a good way to sweat out since I have stop exercise for so long so can get off some excess FATS!!! Heeeheeee...

Alright..after a good bath, its time to rest le and prepare for MONDAY!!! WORK AGAIN!! Chaoz....

1st Time Blogger...我第一次的笔记

This is my very first time blogging!! Excited but not too sure what to do here but just write whatever then comes to my mind.... :)

Guess I could start updating on some of my daily life these days as I have been meeting up with alot of my primary school mates and for those who dun know which school I am....it is NHPS (Nan Hua Primary School 1993 Batch). These bunch of friends have been great and I do hope all these will never end....We are planning for something big soon next year....as in a BIG BIG GATHERING!!! Hahahaha....

These pictures above show the first gathering which Me & Yimin had organised and it was good!! 10 of us all attend and I believe the BIG GATHERING should not be a problem!! Sooo...committee members (You might know who you are if u are reading this), be prepared next year ok!!

Alright...as a first timer...i shall end here and you may wish to stay tune to my blog soon...I will be putting in some nice pictures to share and you may even have seen in Facebook le...famous channel now but still can out here to share right....heehee
